RSL Consultancy was approached to undertake a strategic review for a major community funder’s facilities investment (The Fund). The funder requested RSL to consult with key stakeholders to further understand the role they play in the wider funding sector and the impact made.
RSL worked with the funder to identify key stakeholders and held one-on-one interviews to ascertain the impact of The Fund. Further stakeholder information was reviewed and initial themes were socialised and refined.
A draft report was written outlining the key themes identified in the stakeholder engagement and the importance the funder played in the wider community sector. This report was then used to guide strategic decision-making at Board level, and ultimately determine the future of The Fund.
