RSL Consultancy partnered with a design firm to develop a business case which explored the concept of Play in the City and enabled Invercargill City Council (ICC) to consider a range of options for investment in urban play in Invercargill.
The multi-disciplinary team brought a range of skills and experience to the project. We were able to successfully build on the previous knowledge of the city and supplement it with RSL’s knowledge of the play, active recreation and sport sector, particularly our experience in facility business case projects.
The business case clearly defines the desired strategic outcomes and benefits that play in the city could bring to Invercargill and provides key recommendations and a project roadmap to help inform ICC’s investment decisions.
