Bowls Warkworth Feasibility Study

Bowls Warkworth commissioned a feasibility study to determine the need, scope, and financial costs for the development of a new bowls and community facility. The study provided the relevant information to allow the club members to decide on whether to progress with the project.

The feasibility report provided a clear direction for the design, capital and operational considerations of developing a new bowls and community facility which was to include a new clubhouse capable of hosting large social bowls and community functions, competitions and events, multipurpose space to provide for community groups and activities and two covered greens.
